Curious that Charlotte would take Nerlens Noel first, if they got the first pick, given they have that exact player in 20 year old Bismack Biyombo. They wouldn't give up on his so soon; he's only played ball for like 5 years. More likely, they grab someone like Shabazz or Mclemore, as they need offense, to complete their backcourt and wing youth movement (MKG, Kemba) and either ship off or move Henderson to the 6th man role, where he should be on a good team. Then, even as you indicate, they can get an athletic PF with their second pick.
