I just find it amazing that NFL mock drafters are still having Buffalo pick an offensive tackle in the first round. The Bills, as measured by sacks given up and yards per carry by their running backs have the best offensive line in the NFL. On the only sack officially ggiven up by the Bills, no defensive player ever actually touched the QB. The league in its wisdom decided to award a sack to Cleveland when the ball slipped out of Ryan Fitzpatrick's hand on a forward pass attempt in a called fumble on a disputed play. As for Buffalo's tackles; the team and their fans are delighted with the play of Cordy Glenn at left tackle. We think he's got great feet for such a big man, despite pre-draft speculation. On the other side, Erik Pears has been solid as his playing time increases while he's recovering from offseason surgery, and Chris Hairston has been solid when he's played in his stead. Plus they have more depth down the road behind them (Sam Young on the active roster and Zebrie Sanders on IR. Let me just give you a clue. Offensive tackle for the Bills in the first round just is not happening, period.
